Join as an LPN and Deliver Patient Care

Role Overview: Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care under supervision or the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN). Maintain accountability for patient care and coordinate with other departments.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience with successful licensure.
• Maintain a current LPN license per state requirements.
• Open to both new and experienced LPNs.
• Obtain and maintain Basic Life Support certification; additional certifications may be required based on department needs.
  
  

Skills & Physical Demands

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform frequent bending, stooping, and patient handling with assistance.
• Capable of pushing/pulling/gripping up to 50 pounds.
• Preferred certifications include IV certification within one year of hire; additional unit-specific certifications may be required.
