Role: RN or GN in a 7H Burn Unit, providing specialized care in a high-acuity environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments, administer medications, and execute complex dressing changes for burn and critical wound patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manage pain, prevent infection, and support patient recovery.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery processes.
• Document care and interventions accurately in the EHR.
• Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Current RN or GN licensure.
• Experience or knowledge in burn or critical care is preferred.
• Strong assessment, clinical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to a high-acuity setting.
