Role: Co-Worker Health RN/LPN responsible for delivering occupational health services across multiple facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and triage work-related injuries and illnesses
• Coordinate vaccinations and screenings
• Support return-to-work programs and case management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote safety and infection prevention
