Role: Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical-Surgical care on 5W unit, responsible for utilizing the nursing process to deliver patient care, evaluating care effectiveness, coordinating with departments, and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, ensuring adherence to mission, values, and service standards.
• Assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient rights and confidentiality.
• Evaluate the quality of care provided by team members.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in Missouri or valid compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Preferred: prior hospital experience, BSN, additional certifications, or specialty experience.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks.
