Responsibilities
- Interpret and review diagnostic data relevant to patient conditions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement change.
- Guide and intervene during life-threatening situations.
- Assess the effectiveness of interventions and outcomes.
- Implement innovative processes to enhance patient outcomes.
- Participate in leadership activities such as coaching, staffing, and performance evaluations.
- Support healthcare delivery improvement initiatives.
- Communicate effectively in patient care and team collaborations.
- Promote lifelong learning and professional development.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related clinical setting.
- RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire; ACLS preferred.
- Computer literacy required.
