Role: Outpatient Registered Nurse providing dialysis therapy to adult patients with chronic kidney disease.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments
• Manage vascular access and operate dialysis machines
• Administer IV medications and monitor patients during treatment
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families on treatment and health management
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards in a fast-paced environment
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Current RN license
• Strong clinical assessment and monitoring skills
• Knowledge of vascular access and dialysis procedures
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
