Role: Acute Rehab Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for providing comprehensive patient care utilizing the nursing process.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by team members.
• Coordinate patient care across departments.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality.
• Ensure care aligns with organizational standards, mission, and values.
  
  

Key Duties: Deliver rehabilitation nursing for adult and geriatric patients with neurological or medical conditions such as CVA, brain injury, spinal injury, amputation, or joint replacements. Collaborate with healthcare team to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN licensure in the state or with a compact license.
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or completed within 30 days of hire.
