This role is for an Operating Room Nurse responsible for providing high-quality, safe patient care within a multidisciplinary team.
Key duties include performing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practices, and delivering patient-centered care that respects cultural diversity.
The nurse collaborates effectively with team members through interdisciplinary communication, documentation, and participation in performance improvement activities.
They serve as a preceptor or mentor, support evidence-based practice and research, and ensure compliance with healthcare policies and standards.
Required qualifications include an RN license (single or multi-state), BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications, and at least 5 years of direct patient care experience.
Preferred Education Is a Bachelor's Or Diploma In Nursing.
