Role: Adult Residential Support Professional – Dayshift

Location: Grandstone/Eastwood, Appleton, WI

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate support, guidance, and encouragement to adults with mental health and substance use challenges.
• Assist residents with daily living skills, medication management, and basic healthcare needs.
• Facilitate recovery-focused group activities and educational sessions.
• Help de-escalate crises using non-restrictive techniques.
• Transport residents to appointments and community resources.
• Document progress and maintain confidential records.
• Promote independence through skill-building and positive role modeling.
• Assist with household tasks, including light cleaning and grocery shopping.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED required; experience in mental health or human services preferred.
• College coursework in Social Work, Psychology, or related fields is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to pass background, caregiver, and medical screenings.
