We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) and new graduates to join a hospital that recently expanded its ER and ICU, increasing capacity to better serve the community.

- Providing direct patient care in a fast-paced, advanced environment.
- Utilizing clinical skills to deliver safe, effective nursing interventions.
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to unit protocols.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
- Current RN licensure in the applicable state or valid compact license.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.
- CPR certification required; additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, or specialty certifications may be required based on unit.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, perform prolonged standing, walking, and maneuvering duties.
- Delivering compassionate patient care across various units.
- Monitoring patient status and responding to clinical needs.
- Participating in ongoing education and compliance requirements.
