Role: Float Phlebotomist responsible for performing blood collections, specimen processing, data entry, billing, and providing exceptional customer service across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws for all age groups
• Collect specimens for various tests, including drug screens and paternity tests
• Accurately enter patient information and process billing details
• Prepare specimens for testing and maintain logs
• Provide outstanding patient service and handle administrative duties
• Travel between sites as needed
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience; 3+ years preferred with pediatric and geriatric patients
• Certified or completed training from an accredited agency
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and clean record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams, with flexibility for overtime
• Able to pass color blindness test and be at least 21 years old
