Role: Registered Nurse in the Ada Family Birthplace

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to mothers, newborns, and families during labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum stages.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and monitor maternal-fetal health.
• Administer medications, support pain management, and assist with breastfeeding.
• Coordinate individualized care plans with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Document all care activities accurately in the EMR.
• Educate families on newborn and postpartum care.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and healing environment aligned with core values.

• Current Registered Nurse licensure.
