Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care and assess patient needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient confidentiality.
- Support hospital standards and values in daily duties.
- Completed nursing education (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
- Valid RN license in the state or compact licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat.
