Role Overview: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides patient-centered nursing care within their scope of practice, supporting healthcare teams in various facilities.

Responsibilities Include

• Administering medications and treatments
• Collecting and documenting patient information
• Providing wound care and patient education
• Monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition
• Assisting with activities of daily living
• Coordinating care with healthcare providers

Qualifications And Skills

• Active LPN license
• Minimum of 1 year of facility-based experience
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Recent PPD test
