Role: Provides quality nursing care across all age groups, manages operational issues during the shift, and communicates patient, departmental, and staff concerns to leadership. Acts as a resource and guide for nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates nursing care delivery to ensure patient safety and quality standards.
• Addresses clinical needs based on patient census.
• Maintains effective communication with team members and leadership.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• Minimum of one year of hospital nursing experience; two or more years preferred.
• Current Georgia Registered Nurse license or NLC/eNLC Multistate license.
• BLS certification required; a Bachelor's degree and advanced certifications in specialty areas are preferred.
• Demonstrated clinical competency.
