Position Overview: Assists in providing individualized patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN). Works collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve patient wellness and performs essential clinical procedures and support tasks.

Responsibilities include: Supporting patient needs, executing clinical duties, and contributing to a team-focused environment.

Qualifications And Skills

• High school diploma, G.E.D., CNA/CPCT, or enrollment in a healthcare career program
• Completion of a 175-hour training program (if no prior experience), within 90 days of hire
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within one month
• Ability to lift, push, pull 50 pounds, and perform prolonged standing, walking, bending, and reaching
• Preferred: EMT, Paramedic, CNA, or prior patient care experience; additional certifications like EMT, AUA, CPCT are advantageous
