- Providing patient care to adults with various acuities, including feeding tubes, tracheostomies, ventilators, and medication administration (training available).
- Ensuring clinical outcomes through empathetic and comprehensive nursing services.
- Utilizing electronic documentation tools in patients' homes with tablets.
- Collaborating with a team to deliver personalized patient care.
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state (compact licenses must be transferred within 90 days).
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component; TB skin test within last 12 months.
- Preferred six months of hands-on nursing experience.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Flexible scheduling options, including full-time, part-time, or PRN, with day, night, and weekend shifts.
