Role: Occupational Therapy Assistant providing compassionate home health services focused on holistic, whole-person care.
Responsibilities: Implementing care plans, delivering ADL training, educating patients and caregivers, documenting in EMR, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
