We are seeking a dedicated Adult Residential Support Professional for full-time third shift in Neillsville, WI.

This role involves providing daily support, supervision, and encouragement to residents in various programs including addictions, restorative justice, mental health, and crisis services.

Key Duties Include

• Monitoring and engaging with residents as a positive role model
• Documenting observations and maintaining records
• Assisting with medication management and responding to emergencies
• Supporting residents in achieving treatment and recovery goals
• Performing household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing supplies
• Providing transportation for appointments and activities
• Helping residents develop life skills like meal prep and daily tasks
• Participating in staff meetings and training sessions
  
  

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, with preferred experience in human services or related fields. Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
