Position: Registered Nurse (Non-Exempt) in the Emergency Department.

Location: Critical Access Hospital providing care to Observation, Inpatient, and Swing patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting.
• Collaborate with therapy teams to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care.
• Maintain patient/nurse ratios of 5:1 to deliver personalized attention.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, prolonged standing and walking, and various movements like bending and twisting.
  
  

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in the state or valid compact license.
• Certifications in ACLS and BLS (training provided if needed).
• Physical ability to perform job duties.
