Role Overview

The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. They operate within organizational policies and procedures, demonstrating professional growth and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care activities for assigned staff to ensure delivery of quality nursing services.
• Maintain standards of practice and ensure adherence to organizational protocols.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of a nursing program, with new graduates eligible to apply.
• Current Registered Nurse license in the state or valid multistate license (NLC/eNLC).
• BLS certification required.
• Preferred: Hospital experience, bachelor’s degree, advanced specialty certification.
