Role Overview: A licensed registered nurse is needed to provide remote and occasional in-person patient education on medication administration and treatment adherence across multiple territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient education via telehealth platforms and in-person visits, including home visits and at approved locations.
• Assist patients in connecting with program resources and facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate documentation, adhere to protocols, and ensure compliance with standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active RN license (California license if in Mountain or Pacific time zones).
• Bachelor's degree; BSN preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in hospital, home health, pharmaceutical, or biotech settings.
• Proficiency with virtual platforms, documentation tools, MS Office, and iPad technology.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable record and ability to travel up to 50% for fieldwork.
• Private home workspace required.
