Responsibilities

Provide safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies and standards, emphasizing Patient Centered Care. Offer professional leadership and support to the healthcare team, demonstrating Service Excellence standards. Oversee and guide assigned staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• One-year acute care experience or successful completion of a specialty course within 6 months of hire.
• Current RN license in the state, along with BLS, ACLS, PALS, or NRP certifications as applicable.
• Must pass pre-employment assessments and, if applicable, hold an interim RN license.
