- Coordinate and implement patient care plans to ensure interventions are safe, timely, and appropriate.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues in person, by phone, and in writing.
- Provide individualized patient and family education tailored to their specific needs.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice and care quality.
- Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations.
- Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
- Current nursing licensure in Illinois.
- CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
- Strong assessment and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate care and educate patients effectively.
