Role Overview: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered. Coordinates patient care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, aligning with organizational standards and values.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform direct patient care in a high-acuity environment, such as a Level 1 Trauma Center.
• Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and evaluate outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain patient rights, confidentiality, and safety standards.
• Support patient advocacy and foster a compassionate, professional environment.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Current RN license (state or compact) and compliance with Board of Nursing requirements.
• BLS certification (AHA) required within 30 days of hire.
• Compassion, professionalism, positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and strong patient advocacy skills.
