Role: Registered Nurse in the Intermediate Care Unit (night shift).

Responsibilities Include

• Delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care to clinically complex patients requiring close monitoring and frequent assessments.
• Performing comprehensive patient assessments and managing IV medications and drips according to protocol.
• Monitoring telemetry and responding promptly to changes in patient condition.
• Collaborating with physicians and care teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Providing patient and family education to promote understanding and engagement in care.
• Upholding safety and infection prevention standards to ensure high-quality care.
