Role Overview: Responsible for participating in all core curriculum classes, professional development workshops, and clinical competencies within a Nurse Residency Program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing patient care under supervision of a licensed RN, including data collection, assessment, and care planning.
• Perform treatments, procedures, and discharge teaching adhering to practice standards and patient rights.
• Document patient care accurately, recognize emergency situations, and initiate advanced therapy when needed.
• Delegate nursing tasks appropriately, participate in quality improvement activities, and adjust staffing based on patient needs.
• Complete clinical skills under supervision and perform other duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Associate degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s preferred.
• No prior experience required; candidates must have a current RN license or provisional license to work.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and adherence to policies.
• Ability to work night shifts and hold a multistate RN license.
