Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Role Overview: Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice in various healthcare facilities throughout Hampton Roads. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, collecting and documenting patient information, providing wound care and patient education, monitoring patient conditions, assisting with daily activities, and coordinating care with healthcare teams.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license
• Minimum of 1 year of facility-based experience
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Recent PPD test within the last year
• Ability to meet physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation
