Responsibilities Include
Responsibilities Include
- Providing high-acuity homecare for young adults with feeding tubes, trachs, and vents, requiring trach/vent experience.
- Delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in patients' homes.
- Utilizing electronic documentation via tablets in each patient's home.
- Collaborating with a team of clinicians and support staff to achieve optimal clinical outcomes.
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the practice state; compact licenses transferred within 90 days if applicable.
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component; assistance available if needed.
- TB skin test within the last 12 months.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Preferred: Six months of hands-on nursing experience.
- Flexible scheduling options including full-time, part-time, PRN, days, nights, and weekends.
