Responsibilities Include
- Providing compassionate home healthcare to pediatric and adult patients
- Ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through skilled nursing care
- Utilizing electronic documentation via tablets in patient homes
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality care
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state
- Current CPR certification (training assistance available if needed)
- TB skin test within the last 12 months
- Reliable transportation
- Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Flexible scheduling including full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts
- Work hours primarily on weekday and weekend nights (10 pm-6 am)
