This role is a vital position within a fast-paced Neurologic Surgery department, responsible for managing complex neurosurgical patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Responsibilities include supervising a growing team of Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, overseeing patient care across the continuum, and assisting with bedside procedures under physician supervision.

The candidate will collaborate with department leadership, surgeons, residents, and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional patient safety and experience, fostering a culture of innovation and teamwork.

Qualifications include a graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program, current or eligible PA certification and registration, and an active Minnesota RN license if applicable. Neurosurgery experience is preferred but not mandatory, as procedural training will be provided.

The role requires strong decision-making, communication skills, and leadership ability.

Compensation ranges from $134,014.40 to $188,260.80, with full benefits, full-time schedule, and 10-hour day shifts, with no weekend work.
