Job Summary

Provides patient care using the nursing process, emphasizing critical thinking, safety, compassion, and integrity. Collaborates with patients and families to promote health and restore well-being, respecting patient rights and dignity. Performs additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop individualized care plans
• Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans
• Administer prescribed medications
• Educate patients, families, and significant others on health topics
• Participate in initiatives to improve healthcare delivery

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum requirement of computer literacy
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire
