Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN

This role involves providing compassionate homecare to pediatric and adult patients, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes. Responsibilities include delivering personalized nursing care, documenting electronically via tablets, and collaborating with a team of clinicians and operators. The position offers flexible scheduling options—full-time, part-time, or PRN, with day, night, and weekend shifts available. Candidates must hold an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state, with current CPR certification, TB test within last 12 months, and reliable transportation. Prior hands-on nursing experience is preferred but not required. The role emphasizes empathy, professionalism, and adherence to state-specific requirements.
