Position: RN/LPN in Cardiac Telemetry, primarily night shifts, with 24-hour weekly coverage.
Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, evaluate care effectiveness provided by team members, coordinate with other departments, and uphold patient rights and confidentiality. Ensure care aligns with organizational mission, values, and standards.
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN). Current RN licensure in the state or compact license, and Basic Life Support certification (must be obtained within 30 days if not already held).
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift/push/pull 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform tasks requiring reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting.
