Role: Registered Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
Responsibilities: Provide direct and indirect patient care, supervise team members, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure care aligns with unit standards.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred), current Basic Life Support Certification, valid nursing license in Texas or eligibility, and at least 6 months of RN experience.
Key Duties: Communicate effectively, foster collaboration, demonstrate accountability, pursue professional growth, and enhance patient experience. Be proactive in building a cohesive team and committed to excellence.
