Join a dedicated healthcare team as a Registered Nurse (RN)

We seek compassionate RNs to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes, following care plans and physician orders.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Delivering and coordinating patient care, ensuring safety and quality outcomes
• Assessing patient conditions, reporting changes, and updating nursing care plans
• Documenting assessments, interventions, and responses accurately and timely
• Educating patients and families on disease management and self-care techniques
• Maintaining infection control standards and adhering to regulations and policies
• Participating in ongoing education and skill development
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Active, unencumbered RN license in the practicing state
• Current CPR certification and TB test within the past 12 months
• Six months of clinical nursing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation, strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to travel and perform physical tasks such as lifting and repositioning patients
  
  

Additional requirements: Depending on specialty, experience in pediatrics, oncology, surgical, or ambulatory care may be preferred. State-specific credentials and continuing education may be necessary.
