Role And Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice, including administering medications and treatments.
- Collect and document patient information, monitor and report changes in patient condition, and provide wound care and patient education.
- Assist with activities of daily living and coordinate care with healthcare team members such as nurses and physicians.
- Perform additional duties based on facility needs, ensuring quality patient care.
- Active LPN license with at least 1 year of facility-based experience.
- Current BLS/CPR certification and PPD within the last year.
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Per diem position with competitive pay of $37-$39/hour.
- Same-Day or Next-Day Pay options available.
- Flexible scheduling, full-time hours, and local support staff.
