Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for per diem positions in Hampton Roads, VA.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice, including administering medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information, monitor and report changes in patient conditions.
• Perform wound care, patient education, and assist with activities of daily living.
• Coordinate care with healthcare team members and perform additional duties as needed by the facility.
  
  

Qualifications

• Active LPN license with at least 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification and PPD within the last year.
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, with or without accommodations.
