Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice, including administering medications and treatments.
• Collect, document patient information, and monitor changes in patient conditions.
• Perform wound care, patient education, and assist with activities of daily living.
• Coordinate care with healthcare team members such as nurses and physicians.
• Perform additional duties as required by the facility.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Active LPN license with at least 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification and recent PPD test.
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, with or without accommodations.
