We are seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join a Per Diem team in Hampton Roads.
Key responsibilities include: providing nursing care within the LPN scope, administering medications and treatments, collecting and documenting patient information, providing wound care and patient education, monitoring patient conditions, assisting with activities of daily living, and coordinating care with healthcare teams.
