Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for per diem assignments in Hampton Roads, VA.
Responsibilities: Provide nursing care within the LPN scope, administer medications and treatments, collect and document patient information, perform wound care, monitor patient conditions, assist with daily activities, and coordinate with healthcare team members.
