We are seeking a PRN Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join a dedicated neonatal care team.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Providing direct, high-quality care to critically ill neonates in the NICU, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management.
• Collaborating with neonatologists, pediatricians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
• Assisting in neonatal procedures such as intubation and central line insertions.
• Conducting rounds, documenting patient progress, and developing care plans in EMR.
• Offering education and support to families regarding infant care and health concerns.
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives and adhering to clinical protocols.
• Providing on-call coverage as needed, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
  
  

Qualifications Include

• Master's Degree in Nursing with Neonatal Nursing focus.
• Current licensure and board certification as an NNP.
• Minimum two years of NICU experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, procedural, communication, and teamwork skills.
  
  

Preferred qualifications: include NICU experience, NRP, and BLS certifications.
