Role: Physical Therapy Assistant (Part Time PRN) responsible for delivering physical therapy treatments under supervision, following agency policies.

Responsibilities

• Administer physical therapy per the Plan of Care, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and document patient responses.
• Assess the home environment for safety hazards, recommend modifications, and identify needs for services from other disciplines.
• Consider social, emotional, and physical factors affecting patient care, communicating findings to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, help modify the Plan of Care, and report any adverse patient changes.
• Complete daily tasks efficiently, attend ongoing education, and uphold privacy and security standards.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Preferably, one year of clinical experience in home health care.
