Role Overview

The Speech Language Pathologist performs objective assessments and develops comprehensive, individualized treatment programs for patients based on departmental policies and referral guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and create tailored therapy plans
• Respond effectively to emergency situations
• Maintain current licensure and certifications, including ASHA certification within one year of hire and BLS certification
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Master's Degree in Speech/Language Pathology
• Current or provisional Speech Language Pathologist license
• Preferred: at least one year of experience and experience with patients of all ages
• Strong communication, assessment, and emergency response skills
