Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (Part-Time)

Location: Oconomowoc, WI

Pay: $17.75/hour

Responsibilities Include

• Providing support, supervision, and positive role modeling for residents
• Assisting with medication monitoring and administration
• Completing accurate, confidential documentation
• Preparing meals and performing light housekeeping and laundry duties
• Supporting residents with daily living skills and treatment goals
• Responding appropriately to emergencies and crisis situations
• Transporting residents to appointments and community resources
• Collecting urine samples and administering breathalyzer tests
• Attending staff meetings and completing training
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery (preferred)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professional boundaries
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to diverse populations
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record
  
  

Additional Info

• Training in DHS 83 preferred or to be completed post-hire
• Local travel may be required (approximately 25–50%)
