Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Role Overview: Provide skilled nursing care within the LPN scope of practice, ensuring patient well-being and supporting healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments accurately
• Collect and document patient information
• Perform wound care and patient education
• Monitor and report changes in patient conditions

Qualifications & Skills

• Active LPN license
• Minimum of 1 year of facility-based experience
• Current BLS/CPR certification
