Position: RN at the Center for Cardiac Health (Per Diem)

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized patient plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families, communicate changes in patient conditions, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Active Illinois RN license required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of cardiac nursing experience.
