We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for an acute care orthopedic surgical unit, primarily working night shifts. As a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team, the RN ensures high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care by applying evidence-based practices and clinical standards.

- Performing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—focused on patient outcomes.
- Providing relationship-based, patient-centered care that respects cultural diversity and involves patients and families in care planning.
- Coordinating safe, effective care through interdisciplinary communication and timely documentation.
- Supporting performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practices to enhance care quality.
- Mentoring and serving as a preceptor to foster professional development among staff and students.
- Ensuring compliance with organizational policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Current RN licensure (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of RN experience, preferably in direct patient care.
- Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and time management skills.
- Ability to utilize technology effectively and communicate proficiently in English.
