Role: Cardiac Sonographer responsible for performing clinical diagnostic ultrasound exams and routine invasive procedures using ultrasound equipment.
Responsibilities: Operates ultrasound machinery, provides patient care across all age groups (neonatal to geriatrics), and communicates effectively with staff and radiologists. Demonstrates knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and pathology.
Qualifications: Graduated from an accredited ultrasound or Cardiac Sonographer program, with no prior experience required. Must hold or be eligible for ARDMS (RDCS) or CCI (RCS) certification, obtaining appropriate credentials within twelve months. BLS certification is mandatory.
