We are seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Per Diem team in Hampton Roads.
Key responsibilities include: providing nursing care within the LPN scope, administering medications and treatments, collecting and documenting patient information, providing wound care and education, monitoring patient conditions, assisting with activities of daily living, and coordinating care with healthcare team members.
Qualifications: active LPN license, minimum of 1 year of facility-based experience, current BLS/CPR certification, PPD within the last year, and ability to meet physical requirements.
